Our Client, a rapidly growing oilfield hauling and renting company in downtown Calgary is looking for a Data Entry Specialist/ Receptionist on one month temporary basis. The major responsibility would be to enter high volume of invoices into the company database. The opportunity may go permanent for the right candidate. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Input a high volume of invoices, post cheques and input payment transactions on computer system, almost 800 a week 
  • Data entry and report generation for departments including accounting, human resources and sales
  • Perform general clerical duties including file maintenance, record keeping, reporting
  • Maintain front desk phones/voice mail
  • Provide reception service to corporate office
  • Coordinates communication with building management regarding general services and repair
  • Support the planning and organization of marketing initiatives
  • Maintains an inventory of equipment, supplies and material used by the office
  • Orders and Receives supplies
  • Organizes boardroom schedules, meetings, catering
  • Organizes travel and expenses on an ad hoc basis
Candidate Qualification

  • Fast and accurate data entry skills is must to have
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to coordinate and liaison with customers and clients in a professional manner 
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and be an effective team member 
  • Intermediate to Senior proficiency with Microsoft Suite of products
