Customer Solutions Supervisor
The Aurum Group is seeking a Customer Care Supervisor to join our expanding team. Getting our dental cases processed within our laboratory and back out to the dental offices is a key part of our business.
The ideal candidate must have previous customer service and management experience. Attributes include strong time management skills, the ability to work in a team setting and work well under pressure to manage the work flow in a busy work environment.

Performance Requirements and Expectations:
- Working with high quality cosmetic cases
- Process work orders
- Spot check invoices
- US Documentation process
- Customer Service Calls
- Supervise work flow of employees
- Communicate with managers and other work flow supervisors for continuous improvement strategies
- Other tasks as requested
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience an asset
- Exceptional time management skills
- Previous management experience
- Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Ability to prioritize your own work as well as other employees
- Dental background is an asset
- Shift would be Tuesday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
