Customer Service Representative Duties: Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.

Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.

Maintains customer records by updating account information.

Working hours are flexible. You can choose to work in the morning, afternoon or evening. Part time hours are 4-5 hrs daily, while full time hours are 6-7 hrs daily. Experience is not needed, since training is given to all new hired employees. Training last for a week/4 hrs daily. (Mon-Thurs). The Pay-rate for the job is $25 per hour and you will be getting paid during training $15 per hour.
