– Enter all customer information and delivery requirements

– Evaluate requests from customers and ensure their follow-up and execution

– Produce and maintain different types of documents and reports

– Solve problems effectively to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction

– Perform other related administrative duties- Competitive salary

– Long-term, full-time position

– Day shift (Monday to Friday)- Post-secondary education, an asset

– Minimum 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in transportation

– Knowledge and experience of the transportation industry

– Bilingualism (English and French), an asset

– Experience with the Windows environment and with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

– Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a changing environment

– Customer-oriented personality
