Our client, located in the S.E. is looking for a customer service representative to join their busy team; this is a 6 month temporary position Monday to Thursday  

Job Responsibilities

  • Answering incoming calls from customers, and maintaining strong customer relationsHIPS
  • Resolving a variety of customer concerns; answering questions via phone, email and in person
  • Empowered to make decisions regarding customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining customer records and account information
  • Communicate with customer on the status of service call and assist with Dispatch as needed
  • Perform outgoing calls to schedule maintenance and tune ups
  • Administrative duties as required

Candidate Qualifications

  • A minimum of three years customer service experience
  • Intermediate level MS office skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
