Re porting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Service Representative manages multiple accounts; building and maintaining positive relationships. S/he is passionate about customer service and uses superior product knowledge to provide solutions and quotes to our service accounts. In addition s/he regularly reads plans, writes orders, schedules and maintains account files. This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for future growth and job task variety.
