Customer Service Supervisor

Position Description

We have an exciting new position within our Services Department. Getting our dental cases processed within our laboratory and back out to the dental offices is a key part of our business. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure to manage the work flow in an exceptionally busy work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Process work orders
  • Spot check invoices
  • US Documentation process
  • Customer Service Calls
  • Supervise work flow of employees
  • Communicate with managers and other work flow supervisors for continuous improvement strategies


Job Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience an asset
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Previous management experience is a benefit
  • Works well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Dental background is an asset
  • Shift would be Tuesday – Friday 12:00pm – 9:00pm, Saturday 9am – 5pm
