LevelUp is a supervisory training program designed to support clients in developing the necessary leadership skills and strategies to achieve supervisory roles.
The Career Developer/Team Lead takes the lead role in day-to-day case management and Centre operations to ensure appropriate services and supports are provided toward training and rapid re-employment for Clients with varying levels of skill, education and experience. They are the key, on-going contact for the Clients. Additionally, this position is responsible for supervising Centre staff, scheduling Centre activities, and ensuring adherence to WCG and Ministry policies and practices.
The successful candidate will have:
- a minimum of 3 years’ supervision experience
- 3 to 5 years of job placement or case management experience
