Job Responsibilities

  • Optimize current promotional relationships and develop new opportunities
  • Attract new customers through various methods
  • Work collaboratively with other internal departments
  • Collaborate with external service providers including data and analytics, gift and payment cards, and creative and production

Candidate Qualifications

  • Business or marketing diploma or degree or ten years of experience within a marketing focused role
  • Strong business development skills
  • Promotional and partner relationships as well as proven experience building successful relationships in the retail consumer and B2B channels
  • Experience in data and analytics with proven experience in authoring and delivering successful campaigns and programs 
  • Strong technology and innovation skills with a strong orientation towards leveraging new solutions for generating marketing results
  • Proven ability to understand customer behaviour and leverage change through a rewards or incentives program is considered an asset
