Are you a detail oriented administrative assistant interested in supporting a world class winterization department?  Our client, a large oil and gas company in Fort McMurray, is seeking an administrator to join their team for a one year contract.  This role is Monday to Friday, eight hours per day and requires the successful candidate to be local to the area. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide admin and data administration support for the winterization team
  • Enter and update information into computer programs or databases
  • Create purchase order in SAP
  • Document management and stewardship preparation
  • Responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date and use-able information in frequently used systems
  • Support all office functions including booking meetings and ordering supplies

Candidate Qualifications

  • Two to five years of previous admin assistant experience in an oil and gas company strongly preferred
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Experience with SAP
  • Able to enter data efficiently and accurately
  • High attention to detail
