With the reputation of offering incredible customer service and dedication, this successful Realtor needs a right-hand-person to support all the back office functions. Located in one of Calgary’s prominent west end communities, this home-based office offers an to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment.  

Job Responsibilities

  • Daily updating of property listings
  • Managing client files and time lines
  • Provide weekly updates to clients
  • Scheduling appointments, viewings and open houses
  • Assist with administration of contracts and legal documents
  • Manage the company website and social media platforms
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Provide general administrative experience to the Realtor as needed

Candidate Qualifications

  • Experience working in a customer service or support environment which puts a strong emphasis on client experience
  • A minimum of one year working with highly confidential material
  • Entrepreneurial spirit
  • Tech-savvy; experience managing social media accounts
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Highly detail oriented and accurate with a sense of urgency
  • Over-the-top customer service skills
  • Driven, with a passion to learn and grow
  • Comfortable working out of the Realtor’s home based office with a quiet dog present
  • Must have a vehicle as it may be necessary to travel to different properties
