Our client, a major oil and gas company in Lloydminster, SK is seeking for an Administrative Assistant for one year contract.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Auditing all fluid transfers from the well to well and well to well to Facility on a daily basis (18K truck tickets per month, need to be verified in PVR). These tickets track changes (If they need to be done) and need to be up to HOIMS requirements
  • Reconciling all Service Entry Sheets and posting to the right approver
  • Sorting, filing and tracking all completed tickets and SES’s and preparing them for shipping to the Calgary Warehouse
  • Working with Field Operations in tickets issues such as missing ticket or volume inaccuracies
  • Monitoring the contract carriers hauling for Logistics by correctly filing out all invoices and log sheets and bringing them in on a regular basis
  • Being able to use SAP, PVR and Excel at an advance level
  • Monitoring/Tracking GPS on trucks and trailers to monitor speed and location

Candidate qualifications 

  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word knowledge need to be at an advanced level (Pivot tables, macros, advanced formulas, it statements, etc.) 
  • Dispatching or knowledge of fuel hauling (1-2 years of experience) 
  • Highly motivated, assertive with a positive outlook and desire to enhance job responsibility
  • Flexible and adapt easily to changing priorities
  • Maintain focus on daily activities
  • Establish and maintain positive and professional working relationships with drivers, operators, and co-workers
  • Evaluate priorities strategically
  • Knowledge of HOIMS (Internal to Husky) would be an asset
  • Strong leadership, decision making and facilitation skills
  • Mapping and comprehension of LSD’s Legal survey descriptions
