Our Sarnia ON energy client is looking to add an administrative assistant to their team on a one year contract. 

In this role you will be providing a broad range of administrative duties to their research team.

Job Responsibilities

  • General administrative support
  • Purchase requisitioning
  • Updates to templates and manuals
  • Travel and expense reports
  • Meeting arrangements
  • Ergonomic assessments
  • Reception coverage
  • Stationary ordering
Candidate Qualifications

  • Candidate is responsible for obtaining IEC Basic Orientation Training before coming to site
  • Minimum two years’ administrative experience
  • Diploma in office administration or equivalent
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)
