Do you have excellent administration skills and enjoy supporting a team? Our client, a major oil and gas company is seeking Administrative Assistant for their Lloyd minster, SK office for a 10 months contract. The successful candidate will assist with the spring turnaround, as well as provide backup coverage for their Rail and Truck Loading Administrators. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist with formatting documents, presentations, and reports using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Assist with updating policy and procedure manuals
  • Label and send sample shipments to clients 
  • Attend meetings and record minutes
  • Process IS Requests and Key Card submissions for new hires
  • Provide coverage for Rail Administrator and Truck Loading Administrator as required

Candidate Qualification

  • 5-7 years’ experience in an administrative capacity
  • Advanced proficiency in with MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment with conflicting priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ISO Certification knowledge and previous experience within Oil & Gas industry will be an asset
